Wesleyan Honors Festival: An excellent opportunity for music students

High school band, choral and orchestra students who auditioned and earned a spot will participate in the Wesleyan Honors Festival at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ´óÈ« February 13-15.

This Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ´óÈ« Music tradition is a wonderful opportunity for high school music students. They’ll be immersed in the college-level study and performance of band, choral and orchestral music. They’ll meet Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ´óÈ« Music faculty and work with talented guest artists.

This year’s honored clinicians include Diane Koutsulis (band), Jake Runestad (choir) and Richard Meyer (orchestra).

The festival concludes with a concert at the Vance D. Rogers Center for Fine Arts at 2:30 p.m. on February 15.
